Westbound 401
Take the DVP/404 Exit North (as if you are going toward Newmarket
    You can access this exit from both the collector and express lanes)
Immediately turn onto the Sheppard Avenue Exit
Go West at Sheppard Avenue (past Fairview Mall to Don Mills Road)
Turn North on Don Mills Road (you'll see the church in front of you).

East Bound 401
Take Leslie Street Exit (from the collector lanes)
Turn North on Leslie Street
Go East on Sheppard Avenue (North York General Hospital will be to your right)
Turn North on Don Mills Road (you'll see the church in front of you).
