Meditation Class

Meditation is one of the oldest forms of prayer on earth.  It is non-sectarian, meaning that it is not based on any specific religion, and its goal is quite profound: clearing away mental impurities in order to experience true happiness.

 

 

Through self-observation we journey to the stillness of the soul  achieving a mind full of love and compassion. Meditation helps to increase awareness, overcome delusion, encourage self-control and foster peace. This takes place in the church on Sunday mornings from 12:10 till whenever we stop, usually 12:40.
